紫薯泥适量小麦胚芽适量紫薯卷心吐司的做法步骤

1.将牛奶、鸡蛋、食盐、高粉、白糖、发酵粉依次放入面包机内搅拌,执行2次揉面程序后;

2.再放入黄油再揉面;

3.将揉好的面团放在干净的容器里,室温下发酵;

4.面团发至两倍大,在面团中间扎个洞排气,面团发酵完成;

5.将面团按压排气后,稍整形,松弛20分钟;

6.将松弛好的面团擀成长方形,抹上紫薯泥至面片的2/3处;

7.从面片的下方卷起,收好型,放入土司模具中,包上保鲜膜再进行二次醒发;醒发好后,刷上蛋液,撒上白芝麻和小麦胚芽,烤箱预热后,放入烤箱,160度,30~35分钟,温度降下来后,脱模。
